About The Position

Bonita Bay Club's Restaurant Manager will be responsible for training and supervising service personnel and will be accountable for a positive member restaurant experience. The Restaurant Manager will positively motivate service staff and coordinate a smooth and timely service delivery of quality food and beverage, in both à la carte and catering environments. It will be your job to monitor service standards, oversee service staff, assist in special events and holiday events, and work closely with suppliers and vendors. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for training staff and providing excellent customer service to Club Members & guests.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of previous event or food-management experience
• 2 years of experience in a food and beverage management role
• Highly organized, accurate, and task-oriented
• Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends, as required
• Ability to make independent decisions and be a creative problem solver
• Excellent written, oral, and customer service skills
• Ability to work for long periods of time on their feet
• Ability to carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to pass a drug test
