About The Position
Mendocino Farms is looking for talented RESTAURANT MANAGERS who can lead a team of happy, friendly foodies. Requirements
- 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
- Strong coach – gives effective feedback, grows the team every day
- Organized – deadline-oriented and focused on driving results
- Cares about people
- Humble – eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
- Experience with managing a large team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable in the kitchen
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of happy, friendly foodies.
- Master every position in the restaurant before trying to teach someone else.
- Build relationships with guests and team members.
- Order and manage inventory.
