Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Kitchen Experience Preferred
- Food safety certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee all food preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Perform daily kitchen operations, including food safety and sanitation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Mentor, train, and develop kitchen staff
- Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to achieve financial goals
