About The Position

Bethesda Country Club is a premier, private country club committed to unparalleled service and exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to help drive daily excellence across all dining venues. This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and delivers memorable member experiences. The Ideal Candidate: You are a detail-oriented hospitality leader with a gracious, service-first mindset. You lead from the dining room, adapt quickly to changing needs, and inspire both members and staff through professionalism, mentorship, and consistency. You will oversee all front-of-house operations, providing leadership, insight, and guidance to the service team while collaborating closely with the Director of Restaurants to ensure operational and financial success.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds
  • Experience with industry-specific software, including Northstar and ForeTees
  • Proven ability to build cohesive teams across front and back of house
  • Advanced knowledge of food, wine, and service standards
