As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee a high-volume restaurant with average annual sales of $4M+ and an average team size of more than fifty Family Members. You will be responsible for creating an environment that fosters great food, service, and teamwork. The role involves rotating through Customer, Quality, and People Areas of Responsibility (AORs) to develop leadership skills for future Operating Partner opportunities. You will contribute to operational performance, team development, collaboration with Operating Partners and leaders, and drive improvements to strengthen the restaurant and grow your leadership.
