About The Position

Join the Kitchen Team at Batley’s Grill & Bar in Neenah, WI! We’re looking for talented, passionate individuals with culinary experience who are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Nestled in Neenah, WI and attached to the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort & Conference Center, Batley’s Grill & Bar is locally, family-owned and operated for over 20 years. We are known for our welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and expertly crafted drinks.

Requirements

• Experience as a Cook, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and recipes.
• Ensure all meals are prepared and served on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
