About The Position
A Chick-fil-A leader is responsible for directing the daily operations of our quick service restaurant. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations: production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, and financial accountability. The top priority of our Leadership Team is to ensure the highest quality products and services are delivered to our guests.
