About The Position

Homegrown Tap and Dough is seeking an ambitious and determined Kitchen Manager / Chef to join a dynamic family who are passionate about our communities. In this role, you will support the kitchen manager/chef to support the culinary team to be all they can be. You will learn and understand the recipes and flavor profiles to help lead kitchen operations, daily systems, food safety and sanitation, and support expo roles. You will play a key role by supporting the General Manager in all restaurant operations and leadership of our team members, consistently striving for growth and success.

Requirements

  • Restaurant Kitchen experience - 3 - 4+ years of experience
  • Restaurant Leadership - 1+ year
  • $3M+ volume experience
  • ServSafe Manager Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) Alcohol Certification
