About The Position

We are seeking warm, engaging Hosts to join the opening team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection. As the first point of contact in our restaurant, you’ll set the tone for the guest dining experience by welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to ensure a smooth and thoughtful flow of service. Opening a hotel is a rare opportunity—one that doesn't come around often. As a member of our opening team, you'll help shape the culture, establish our service standards, and create the experiences that will define Hotel Vin Rogers from the very first guest. Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
