About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Host to join our team at Saddlebrook Resort. The Host plays a crucial role in the restaurant's success by greeting guests, supporting the service team, and setting the tone for the guest experience. This position requires someone who is quick on their feet, has an engaging attitude, and is passionate about creating memorable hospitality moments. The role involves managing guest arrivals, monitoring dining sections, estimating wait times, ensuring guest needs are met while waiting, answering the telephone, booking reservations, and arranging tables for larger parties.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
- Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
- Estimate wait times for guests and monitor the guest waiting list
- Ensure that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
- Answer the telephone, book reservations and move tables together to accommodate large parties
