About The Position

As a Restaurant Host, you’re not just greeting and escorting guests in one of our dining outlets – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. The Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is seeking a warm, outgoing, and service-driven Restaurant Host (Part-Time) to join the team at The Set! The ideal candidate is welcoming, attentive, and highly organized, with a passion for creating exceptional first impressions and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Ability to write and communicate fluently in English is essential to the role.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A service heart to deliver a high level of service to our guests!

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of six months of customer/guest service experience as a Host/Hostess is preferred.
