About The Position
As a Restaurant Host at The Lodge at Columbia Point, you are responsible for greeting and seating guests, maintaining the flow of service, and creating a positive introduction to their dining experience. Columbia Hospitality is an international management and consulting company with over 25 years of experience in hospitality solutions, managing award-winning hotels, resorts, restaurants, and venues. The Lodge at Columbia Point, a 4-Star property in Richland, offers a warm and welcoming environment with stunning water views, onsite spa services, a full bar, exercise room, and an outdoor covered pool. Requirements
- Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)
Nice To Haves
- Prior food service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests
- Providing accurate wait times and maintain wait lists
- Manage reservations and coordinate with waitstaff regarding seating
- Maintain flow of service
- Provide support to the team in menu organization and maintenance
