About The Position
The Restaurant Host at Nordstrom Grill is responsible for greeting and seating customers quickly and professionally while providing outstanding customer service. The host shares knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant’s menu and products, supports new employee training through positive reinforcement and assistance, and helps other areas of the restaurant as requested. Additional support may include answering telephones, completing financial transactions, stock work, cleanup, and documentation. Hours and schedules vary by week depending on business needs.
Requirements
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience in food service or hospitality.
Responsibilities
