About The Position
The Opportunity Berg Hospitality is an award winning restaurant group founded in Houston, TX. We offer unique, high end dining experiences among our many different concepts. Trattoria Sofia is currently seeking Restaurant Hosts with fine dining experience for our Houston, TX, location. Food Runner and Busser are positions also associated with Server Assistant.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years’ old
- TABC & FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years in full – service restaurant, hospitality mentality, team player.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry up to 40 pounds
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests
- Managing reservations and waitlists
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organized host stand
- Assisting with other FOH duties as needed
