About The Position
Prestonwood Country Club's Red Fox Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic Hosts/Hostesses to join their team. As the first point of contact for members and guests, the Host/Hostess plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience from the moment they walk through the door. This role involves working alongside a friendly, professional team while getting to know the members.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and personable
- Professional and well-presented
- Comfortable interacting with members and guests
- Dependable and able to work as part of a team
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy restaurant environment
- Must be available to work some Evenings, Weekends, Holidays and Daytime shifts as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet members and their guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Seat members and guests and assist with table assignments
- Help create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience
- Communicate with servers and restaurant management to keep service running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host station
- Provide exceptional personal service and anticipate the needs of our members
- Be a positive, dependable team player
