Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong verbal and listening skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
  • Natural warmth and comfort interacting with people from all backgrounds
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
