Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong verbal and listening skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
Natural warmth and comfort interacting with people from all backgrounds
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
