The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for ensuring a quality dining experience by overseeing that the dining room staff is well trained, knowledgeable about all menus, and that all dining room employees are providing a high degree of hospitality and service. This role supervises the daily operation of dining rooms, room service, and the convenience store, ensuring timely delivery of room service orders and smooth opening of the dining room. The manager will also assist in producing weekly schedules within budgetary guidelines, ensure adequate staffing, lead training for new employees, assist service staff during mealtimes, and oversee resident billing for food service charges.
