The position offers hands-on leadership to manage and develop a team of passionate individuals, with a focus on guest experience and maintaining high-quality standards. The restaurant does not have a drive-thru or curbside service.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong ability to manage and develop team members
- Excellent operational and financial management skills (P&L, budgeting)
- Passionate about guest satisfaction and driving sales growth
- Ability to create a positive and efficient work culture
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
