About The Position

KBP Foods is hiring a KFC Restaurant General Manager to lead the people, operations, and financial performance of a restaurant. The role is responsible for building a strong team, delivering a great guest experience, and driving restaurant performance and profitability. Leadership development and opportunities to pursue above-store roles are available.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be available to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

• Quick-service restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant performance and profitability, including labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and develop employees to achieve operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete required inventory counts and use the results to help control costs.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
