Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a top performer who desires to take their career and earnings to the next level! We are seeking a sharp, driven leader who possesses a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow in the hospitality business. Annual cash compensation of 100K including bonus is attainable.
Requirements
- Experienced General Manager.
- Upbeat personality.
- Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
- Standard-driven.
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. from the ground.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing at least 25 team members and 3 managers.
- Hands-on style of leadership.
- Deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service.
- Taste and handle all menu offerings.
