About The Position

Taco John's International in Cheyenne, WY is looking to hire a full-time Restaurant General Manager to lead our food service operations. This restaurant management position earns a competitive salary of $52,000-$70,000 per year. Requirements

  • 18+ years of age
  • 1+ years of experience in restaurant management
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • ServSafe® or Prometric/NEHA Certification
  • Customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the food service establishment operates in a way that is profitable and efficient.
  • Coordinate daily food preparation, effectively delegating tasks and directing the team.
  • Prepare orders correctly.
  • Provide world-class customer service as you take orders and handle money.
  • Handle conflicts with guests.
  • Count cash from registers as well as from the safe, ensuring that all money is accounted for.
  • Make deposits at the bank.
  • Manage inventory and put in orders as necessary.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and sanitized according to standards.
  • Manage the hiring process by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and overseeing training.
  • Perform performance reviews for each employee every 90 days, providing constructive feedback.
  • Manage time cards and ensure that everyone stays within their daily hours.
  • Create the schedule for each week according to each employee's availability.
  • Attend management meetings monthly.
