Requirements
- 2+ years in restaurant management (fast casual or full service preferred)
- A track record of building strong teams & mentoring future leaders
- Budget-savvy, people-smart, and solutions-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
