About The Position
Join our team as a Restaurant General Manager in a dynamic airport restaurant environment! We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant General Manager within the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience required.
- Must be familiar with Utah Liquor regulations.
- Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
- Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
- Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
