The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for restaurant operations, including driving and building sales and profitability. This role ensures that each guest has a highly satisfying dining experience with excellent service and standards. The General Manager provides direction, training, and coaching to team members, demonstrating O’Charley’s standards, policies, and procedures, Vision of “A Passion to Serve,” and Mission of focusing on guests, each other, stakeholders, and communities. The role requires demonstrating O’Charley’s Values of Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance, and Ethics at all times. As the senior restaurant leader, this position will run the full operations manager / Managing Partner capacity, managing all restaurant managers, back of house/kitchen, and front of house/service teams, with P&L and Operating Partner/Leadership responsibilities.
