About The Position

KBP Foods is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a KFC restaurant’s people, operations, and financial performance. The role owns restaurant performance and profitability, builds and develops the leadership team, and ensures guests receive friendly service and quality food in a clean, welcoming restaurant. The position offers opportunities for leadership development and potential advancement into above-store roles.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Able to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Quick-service restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant performance and profitability, including labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and develop employees to support operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete required inventory counts and use the results to help control costs.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
