Restaurant General Manager
About The Position
Sterling Restaurants is looking for a hands-on General Manager for Moe’s Southwest Grill who develops people, takes ownership of results, and makes every “Welcome to Moe’s!” count. Founded in 2009, Sterling Restaurants owns the original Moe’s in Atlanta and has grown into the largest Moe’s franchisee, operating nearly 90 restaurants across seven states. Developing people and running great restaurants are at the heart of our business. Our culture is the energy behind every “Welcome to Moe’s!”. As General Manager, you’ll own your restaurant’s daily operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance.
Requirements
- Restaurant management experience leading people, operations, and business results.
- Strong hiring, training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to hospitality, food safety, and leading alongside your team.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members.
- Set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Lead by example, resolve guest concerns, and turn feedback into improvements.
- Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
- Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
