About The Position

Sterling Restaurants is seeking a hands-on General Manager for a Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurant. The General Manager owns the restaurant’s daily operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance. The role includes recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching managers and crew members; setting clear expectations; and developing future leaders. The General Manager oversees staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety. They lead guest service, resolve concerns, use feedback to drive improvements, manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability, and support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.

Sterling Restaurants was founded in 2009, owns the original Moe’s in Atlanta, and operates nearly 90 restaurants across seven states. The company emphasizes developing people and running great restaurants, guided by values of ownership, elevating others, integrity, and positivity.
