About The Position
We’re hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead busy shifts, coach and develop team members, and help run the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll spend most of your time on the restaurant floor supporting the team, solving problems, connecting with guests, and helping deliver strong operational results.
Requirements
- At least one year of senior leadership experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or similar customer-focused environment
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or Senior Manager in Foodservice or Retail
- Full-service restaurant experience is preferred but will train anyone with strong Leadership traits
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor
- Ability to stay organized and make good decisions during busy shifts
- A genuine interest in developing people and delivering a great guest experience
- Availability to work a full-time schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
- Lead opening, closing, and high-volume restaurant shifts
- Coach, support, and develop shift leaders and team members
- Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused workplace
- Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Support scheduling, staffing, labour management, and daily operations
- Monitor sales, labour, costs, and other restaurant performance measures
- Help execute promotions, local marketing initiatives, and operational priorities
- Work alongside and develop Restaurant Managers and Supervisors to prepare them for the next step in their careers
