About The Position

SSP America is seeking an experienced food service professional to join their team as a Restaurant General Manager at Gatsby Restaurant, located in the Dulles International Airport. This role is for a full-service restaurant with a bar environment and requires a passion for high-volume settings, a commitment to food safety, and strong leadership skills. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service w/bar environment
• Full-service restaurant management (with bar experience)
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
• Strong organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with executives and diverse teams
• Proven track record in conflict resolution

• Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred
