About The Position
Sterling Restaurants purpose is to help people realize and achieve their dreams. We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager who develops people, takes ownership of results, and makes every “Welcome to Moe’s!” count. As General Manager, you’ll own your restaurant’s daily operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance.
Requirements
- Restaurant management experience leading people, operations, and business results.
- Strong hiring, training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to hospitality, food safety, and leading alongside your team.
Responsibilities
- Build your team: Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members. Set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
- Run great shifts: Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Deliver welcoming service: Lead by example, resolve guest concerns, and turn feedback into improvements.
- Drive results: Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
- Grow the business: Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
