About The Position

RKS Ventures, Inc., a franchisee of Freddy's, is seeking a dynamic and skilled General Manager to lead their team. Freddy's is known for its fast-casual dining experience, offering Steakburgers, shoestring fries, and frozen custard desserts, all delivered with exceptional guest service. The General Manager will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing daily operations, training staff, monitoring financial performance, and maintaining high-quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a leadership role
• Strong ability to motivate, train, and develop team members
• Experience analyzing financial statements and performance data
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of inventory management and labor scheduling preferred
