Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of restaurant management experience
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Experience managing restaurant financial performance including labor and food cost
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience

Responsibilities

• Leading daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Developing, coaching, and motivating restaurant managers and team members
• Managing labor, food cost, and operational expenses to drive restaurant profitability
• Ensuring consistent execution of Huey Magoo’s brand standards and training programs
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Supporting local marketing initiatives and community engagement
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and company policies
