Job Overview The General Manager of the restaurant is responsible for successfully driving all food and beverage outlet operations, including In-Room Dining, Private Dining, The Library, and Dockside delivery. This role ensures exceptional food quality and service standards while maximizing revenue through accurate forecasting, budgeting, and inventory controls. The General Manager oversees menu development, cost management, and the implementation of annual budgets and marketing plans to penetrate new sales opportunities and optimize performance within existing markets.
