About The Position

LV Petroleum is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging leader to serve as the Restaurant General Manager for Miss J's Cafe & Foster Freeze at their Thomson Travel Center. The General Manager will be responsible for shaping the success of the dining establishments by overseeing daily operations, ensuring guests enjoy delicious meals and exceptional service. This role involves fostering a vibrant and motivated team, ensuring each member's contribution enhances the overall guest experience.

Requirements

3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.
Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a diverse team.
A strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and the ability to handle customer feedback positively.
Good understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost control measures.
Ability to assess challenges quickly and implement effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively.
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
