Requirements

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members.
• Set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Lead by example in providing welcoming service.
• Resolve guest concerns and use feedback to make improvements.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
