We’re seeking a high‑impact Restaurant General Manager to lead a sports‑centric, experience‑forward restaurant and entertainment venue. This role blends hospitality leadership, financial discipline, food & beverage excellence, live sports culture, and hands‑on operational execution. Requirements

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
  • Two to three years previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food and Beverage.
  • Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Requires working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, coach, motivate, and manage all restaurant employees, including supervisors and assistant managers.
  • Build and sustain a positive, service‑driven culture that upholds brand, service, and operational standards.
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor, providing real‑time coaching, recognition, and support.
  • Create memorable guest experiences by engaging authentically, addressing concerns professionally, and accommodating special requests with care.
  • Support host teams in managing guest flow, seating, and arrival experiences to ensure a welcoming, organized environment.
  • Bring strong knowledge of major international sports and events, confidently engaging with guests and enhancing the social experience surrounding live programming.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all food and beverage offerings across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and cocktail programs in an elevated yet approachable dining environment.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs to develop innovative menus and curated beverage programs that balance creativity, value, and profitability.
  • Plan, promote, and execute engaging guest activations throughout the year—including game‑day experiences and special events—to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.
  • Oversee venue technology and entertainment platforms, including lighting, sound, bowling management systems, POS systems, reservation platforms, and arcade attractions.
  • Assist with beverage service and floor operations as needed to support high‑volume service periods and events.
  • Take an ownership‑minded approach to the business—understanding the local market, cultivating repeat guests, and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Contribute to long‑range planning and operational strategies that support sustained financial performance.
