As the General Manager, you will lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales, and control costs for the restaurant. This role requires a willingness to relocate as a key component and driving force in the company's successful expansion.

Requirements

• 3 years of leadership experience
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values.
• Create an environment that promotes the company culture and philosophies to attract, retain and develop people.
• Source and interview all store employees to ensure they will embrace company values, including a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures.
• Ensure all aspects of human resources are followed, including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews, and reporting to the home office.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with the Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Ensure appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system are in place.
• Complete weekly inventory.
• Complete end-of-period inventory.
• Complete inventory reporting.
• Create store Action Plans, including marketing, to continuously improve the business.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and developing plans to achieve goals.
• Ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
