The Front of House role provides exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment by delivering on a variety of front of house tasks. This includes being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant’s menu and products, supporting various front of house operations like seating customers, answering telephones, cashiering, rolling silverware, brewing coffee and tea, and processing to-go and third-party delivery food orders. The role also involves supporting food expediting and soup service, stocking, organizing, and maintaining retail displays, food cases, and stations, assisting with bussing, and supporting ongoing table maintenance and restaurant cleaning when needed.
