About The Position

Urban Kitchen Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to support its CUCINA enoteca Irvine location. CUCINA enoteca Irvine is a lively, California-inspired Italian restaurant and wine shop that offers seasonal California ingredients, Italian-inspired cooking, house-made pastas and pizzas, an extensive wine selection, and a warm, vibrant atmosphere. The restaurant is passionate about creating memorable moments for guests through genuine hospitality, creativity, and teamwork. Requirements

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent organizational abilities with a talent for multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining service standards
• Thorough understanding of dining room operations and service sequences
• Experience with restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong cash-handling and reporting skills
• Knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and food pairings
• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and operational excellence
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
