About The Position
We are seeking an experienced, guest-focused Restaurant General Manager to oversee multiple food & beverage outlets within a full-service hotel environment. This role will lead operations for the main restaurant, attached bar, coffee counter, and hotel lobby bar while partnering with a strong leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. The General Manager will oversee all restaurant operations, financial performance, team development, and service execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a high-volume, full-service environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop both management and hourly teams.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, P&L management, and cost controls.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for the restaurant, attached bar, coffee counter, and hotel lobby bar.
- Lead, coach, and develop a leadership team consisting of an AGM and three Restaurant Managers.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor front- and back-of-house team members.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, and staffing to support business needs.
- Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs while driving revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, liquor laws, and company standards.
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, cash handling, and operational reporting.
- Partner with hotel leadership to execute events, promotions, and property-wide initiatives.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings, performance coaching, and regular team development.
