We seek a dedicated Maintenance/Groundskeeping Technician to join our team at Cabo Bob's. You will work closely with the Maintenance Director to ensure our facilities' smooth operation and upkeep. Requirements

• Mechanical abilities
• Flexible schedule - must be able to work on the weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment and machinery
• Maintenance and repair of restaurant facilities, including but not limited to painting, power washing, window cleaning, and lawn maintenance
• Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance projects promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
