Participate in shift pass down activities with incoming and outgoing shifts. Maintain comprehensive records, including PM checklists, part usage, and maintenance history Accurately document all maintenance activities in tool logbooks and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Participate in spare part analysis and inventory development. Assist in equipment upgrades and the installation and startup of new equipment. Member of the Lumentum MERTeam. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by maintenance supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum H.S. Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Ability to meet the ERT Member eligibility requirements
  • Knowledge and ability to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.
  • Able to comply with all safety policies and procedures
  • Able to comply with all clean room protocols and procedures
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in wafer fab manufacturing preferable but not required
  • Ability to follow written or verbal instructions
  • Good judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Ability to work as a team player and interface with various groups.
  • Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
