Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Equipment Maintenance Technician located in Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Equipment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of manufacturing equipment in a warehouse setting. Shift : 6:00am-2:30pm

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Completion of a trade school program preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in preventative maintenance or related field
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools
  • Good interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical skills, and logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift from task to task as needed
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of a trade school program preferred.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair
  • Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
  • Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
  • Performs routine preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
