About The Position

Popeyes in Southern, New Mexico is looking to hire a full-time Restaurant District Manager to train and mentor multiple fast-food general managers. This position earns a competitive salary in addition to quarterly bonuses. Responsibilities

  • Provide valuable leadership to general managers and take accountability for the overall success of multiple Popeyes locations.
  • Offer constructive and actionable feedback to assist fast-food managers in setting goals with attainable benchmarks.
  • Analyze business trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Offer insightful suggestions on fine-tuning inventory management processes, driving sales, and implementing proper cost control procedures.
  • Coach managers about food quality, safety procedures, and facility cleanliness.
  • Oversee the recruitment and ongoing development of managers.
  • Conduct training sessions about the guest experience, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide recognition and positive reinforcement.
  • Seek and act upon feedback, promoting a work environment where each team member is respected and valued.
