About The Position

Popeyes in Southern, New Mexico is looking to hire a full-time Restaurant District Manager to train and mentor multiple fast-food general managers. This position earns a competitive salary in addition to quarterly bonuses. Experience working in a restaurant district management role

Responsibilities

Provide valuable leadership to general managers and take accountability for the overall success of multiple Popeyes locations.
Offer constructive and actionable feedback to assist fast-food managers in setting goals with attainable benchmarks.
Analyze business trends and identify areas for improvement.
Offer insightful suggestions on fine-tuning inventory management processes, driving sales, and implementing proper cost control procedures.
Coach managers about food quality, safety procedures, and facility cleanliness.
Oversee the recruitment and ongoing development of managers.
Conduct training sessions about the guest experience, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction.
Provide recognition and positive reinforcement.
Seek and act upon feedback, promoting a work environment where each team member is respected and valued.
