About The Position

Nibble Nation is looking for energetic, dependable team members who enjoy working with people and take pride in doing things the right way. As a Restaurant Crew Member, you’ll help create a fast, friendly, and positive experience for every customer. This is a hands-on position where you’ll learn multiple restaurant stations, prepare quality food, assist customers, maintain a clean and organized workplace, and work alongside a supportive team. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who wants flexible part-time work, valuable restaurant experience, and opportunities to grow into future leadership roles.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Previous restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required for applicants who are currently enrolled in school.
  • Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn.
  • Able to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills for processing payments and counting change.
  • Ability to follow instructions, recipes, safety procedures, and company standards.
  • Flexible availability, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Create a Great Customer Experience: Welcome customers with a friendly, helpful, and professional attitude. Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently. Process cash and credit card transactions correctly. Answer customer questions and help resolve basic concerns. Provide fast, courteous service during both regular and peak business hours. Use suggestive selling to help customers learn about current products and promotions.
  • Prepare Quality Food: Prepare and serve food according to established recipes, portions, and quality standards. Monitor product freshness, appearance, temperature, and availability. Follow proper food-handling, storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures. Operate ovens and other restaurant equipment safely after completing required training. Help keep products ready and available without creating unnecessary waste.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Restaurant: Clean and sanitize food-preparation areas, counters, equipment, utensils, floors, and customer areas. Restock food, beverages, boxes, paper products, and other supplies. Keep workstations organized and prepared for the next shift. Complete assigned cleaning and operational checklists. Follow all company, ServSafe, and local health department standards.
  • Support the Team: Learn and work at multiple stations throughout the restaurant. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, coworkers, and managers. Work with urgency and accuracy during busy periods. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as assigned. Follow dress code, attendance, safety, cash-handling, and workplace-conduct policies. Accept coaching and actively work to improve your restaurant and customer-service skills. Support promotional activities, including approved outdoor sign advertising, when assigned and conditions are safe.
