About The Position

The Restaurant Crew Member provides attention, service, and hospitality to guests; prepares quality products that meet or exceed company standards; and maintains cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Crew members help create a welcoming dining experience by greeting guests, serving quality products, working cooperatively with the team, and keeping work areas clean, organized, and stocked. They follow company human resources, sanitation, safety, and security policies and represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Must meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 60 pounds and constant standing, walking, grasping, stopping, and reaching.

Responsibilities

Smile and greet guests.
Ensure guests receive quality products.
Interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat manner.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked, including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and cleaning restrooms.
Work with the team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
Ensure the restaurant remains clean and welcoming for guests.
Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
Follow human resources, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures.
Demonstrate Boddie-Noell Enterprises' vision and values, perform other tasks as directed by management, and represent the company professionally.
