Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 months cooking experience at a full service restaurant or hotel
  • Food Safety Certification

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
  • Complete daily prep and maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Communicate with the kitchen team during service
  • Assist with inventory, labeling, and storage
  • Support the culinary team as needed
