Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
- Repetitive motion may be required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes and proper portioning.
- Adhere to strict safety, sanitation, quality and cleanliness guidelines.
- Conduct regular visual and taste tests to ensure food is of highest quality and prepared according to specifications.
- Restock the front service line with prepared product during peak periods and/or in accordance with time and temperature specifications.
- Showcase the preparation of certain menu items in the front of the house and sample freshly prepared items as appropriate during peak business hours.
- Frequently clean the kitchen area, grill, restrooms, and equipment, as well as maintain overall restaurant cleanliness.
