This position is responsible for completing food and beverage functions, including preparation, setup, restocking, takedown, cooking guest and banquet entrees, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, preparing meeting room/catering needs, monitoring temperature logs, and ensuring sanitation requirements are met. The role also involves providing excellent customer service in accordance with Marriott standards, completing required training (including Serve Safe certification), and managing food inventories, par requirements, order procedures, and guest grocery shopping.
