About The Position
We are seeking a reliable Night Restaurant Cleaner to manage overnight deep cleaning and sanitation. You will focus on heavy kitchen equipment cleaning to prepare the restaurant for daily food prep and service. This role ensures our kitchen meets all hygiene standards, fire safety requirements, and health regulations. You will work independently overnight to ensure all equipment is spotless and ready for morning staff.
Requirements
- Ability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM overnight shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfort using commercial cleaning chemicals and heavy degreasers
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Deep clean and degrease stove tops, griddles, ovens, and commercial cooking equipment
- Clean kitchen hoods, fryers, food prep tables, and storage areas
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors and walk-in coolers
- Wash wall surfaces, exhaust filters, and splash guards
- Empty all trash and recycling containers
- Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and chemical inventory
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Report any equipment damage or maintenance issues to management
